Join us for a day of wellness at our spring senior health fair! Explore resources promoting a healthy and active lifestyle tailored for you! Community resources from organizations like Bayhealth, Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, Easterseals, Delaware Diabetes Coalition, PACE Your LIFE and more! 

This is a free event, but we do ask that attendees pre-register!

This Expo is a pivotal event hosted by the Parkinson’s Education and Support Group of Sussex County (PESGSC), a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families affected by Parkinson’s disease.

Our mission is to provide education, exercise, and unwavering support throughout Sussex County, and we’re committed to expanding our offerings in response to the evolving needs of our members.

What to Expect:

Vast Vendor Exhibit
Educational Focus on Parkinson’s and general senior population. Everyone is welcome to attend, learn, and support our local non-profit efforts.
Physical Wellness: Exercise, sleep, therapy, and nutrition.
Emotional Well-being: Mindfulness, self-esteem, and emotion management.
Intellectual Stimulation: Engaging mental activities and cognitive well-being.
Social Connection: Healthy relationships and community support.

National foundations: The Michael J. Fox Foundation, PD Foundation, and Davis Phinney Foundation will be in attendance as well!

This is a very special and unique celebration of life that has become an inspiration for many in the community who have been touched by cancer.  This memorable event features a live butterfly release to symbolize the special lives lost to cancer. Wings of Hope is an event you will want to put on your calendar every year!

As a part of a repertoire of signature events that have become widely known throughout Sussex County, this event is highlighted by the release of beautiful butterflies in recognition of family, friends, and neighbors whose lives have been impacted by cancer.
