Program Eligibility
Individuals can join PACE YOUR LIFE if they meet certain conditions:
Age 55 or older
Live in the PACE Your LIFE service area
Are eligible for nursing home care
Are able to live safely in the community
I was tired of being home alone. I have become more social since enrolling with PACE Your LIFE. I like everything about PACE – the people, the food – EVERYTHING.
Funding and Costs
PACE Your LIFE services are free to seniors who qualify for Medicare and Medicaid or qualify for Medicaid only. For participants who do not qualify for Medicaid, there is a flat monthly fee.

My biggest concern as a caregiver, before PACE was that my family would have to place my Aunt into a nursing facility. PACE has been such a blessing to our family and to Lois. I love that the medical care is all inclusive and the support team that designs a care plan to fit the needs of the participant.
