Bingocize is a health promotion program that combines the game of bingo with inclusive exercises for everyone! Come play bingo, learn and exercise. Classes will take place the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 12:30 p.m. Contact the Frederica Senior Center to attend. 302-335-4555
